Additional Information

We are a volunteer ambulance service that services the Seneca County area inside the Finger Lakes Region. We staff our ambulances 24/7 with  paid ALS crews, to provide our coverage area with the best possible care, and supplement with volunteers as they are available. We cover a very large area that includes Waterloo, Seneca Falls, Junius, Tyre, Magee, Border City, Fayette and many more. We border Ontario County, Wayne County, and Cayuga counties, and are dispatched by Seneca County 911. We are a 911 station based emergency ambulance that responds to around 4000 calls for service yearly. We provide Advance life support and Basic life support with 4 ambulances and 1 ERV (Fly Car). We currently employee 11 full time employees, and 1 paid administrator. We are a volunteer agency and our paid staff work hand in hand with our volunteers. Our board of directors are made up of all volunteers and members of the community who all share our common goal of "people helping people"

You can find our state of the art station located at 1645 North Road in the birthplace of Memorial day, Waterloo NY.
