North Seneca Ambulance Inc. (NSA) is an Advanced and Basic Life Support emergency ambulance service, providing high-quality emergency medical care to over 23,000 residents in the northern half of Seneca County. Our service district spans more than 220 square miles, including the towns of Waterloo, Seneca Falls, Fayette, Tyre, Junius, and Varick. Additionally, we cover 33 square miles of water, the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, and 13 miles of the New York State Thruway (I-90).
With a dedicated team of paid and volunteer EMTs and paramedics, NSA responds to approximately 3,500 calls for service annually. We operate three Advanced Life Support ambulances during the day and one overnight, along with a fully equipped SUV ("fly car") to ensure rapid response to medical emergencies. Available 24/7, 365 days a year, our crews are dispatched through the County 911 center, providing continuous emergency medical care to those in need.
NSA is guided by our core belief in "People Helping People." Our board of directors is composed entirely of volunteer community members who are deeply committed to ensuring that Seneca County residents receive the highest level of emergency medical services.
